Charter (Spectrum) will be in the Town of Columbia in the overnight hours starting June 23^rd to June 24^th and again in the overnight on 7/21 thru 7/24 and 7/29/25.

Charter has begun its network enhancement project in Connecticut which will allow for 1 gigabyte symmetrical speeds up to multi-gig symmetrical speeds for our customers.  Below is more detailed information.

• Charter is upgrading its existing network, nodes, amplifiers (every 1000 ft)
• The work will be from 11 pm to 8 am
• Charter anticipates that there will be 8-14 trucks
• The upgrade will allow for gig symmetrical (and multi-gig) broadband speeds
• Charter will have 2 supervisors in the town
