The Town Administrator serves as the Human Resources Director with the assistance of the Finance/Payroll Department. The Town Administrator makes suggestions to the Board of Selectmen about the current personnel policies and job descriptions for all hired positions within the Municipal Government. The Board of Selectmen review and either approve or deny any revisions. The Board of Selectmen supervise the Town Administrator who makes hiring and dismissal recommendations of personnel for each position in the Municipal Government.
