The Town of Columbia is a member of the Eastern Highland Health District (EHHD). The district's main office is located in the Mansfield Town Hall (4 South Eagleville Road, Mansfield, CT 06268).
Glenn Bagdoian, RS, is the Sanitarian assigned by the Eastern Highland Health District to the Town of Columbia. His office hours in Columbia are Monday and Thursday from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. However, due to fieldwork, he may not be in the office during that time. Please call him at 860-649-8066 ext. 108 to schedule an appointment.
