EASTERN HIGHLANDS HEALTH DISTRICT IS OFFERING
FREE SELF-MONITORING EDUCATIONAL SERIES

EHHD residents & their partners with uncontrolled hypertension or who have two or more risk factors for hypertension such as poor eating habits, being overweight, tobacco use, diabetes, a family history of hypertension, or an inactive lifestyle can attend.

THIS SUMMER THERE ARE TWO SESSIONS OFFERED:
** Starting June 16th at the COVENTRY SENIOR CENTER
** Starting July 14th at the BECKISH SENIOR CENTER
NO AGE or RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
