Transfer Station Stickers are Effective 6/1/2026

The 2026 Transfer Station Permits (stickers) are availabe for purchase starting May 1, 2026 and are effective June 1, 2026. Applications are available at the Town Clerk's office, Transfer Station, or online under Forms & Permits. 

Submit to the Town Hall a completed application along with cash or check, payable to the Town of Columbia. Applications can be dropped off at the drop box located at Yeomans Hall. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope for mailing for this option. Stickers can also be purchased online at columbia.recdesk.com/recdeskportal. The standard permit price (2 stickers) is $100 per household for non-seniors and $50 per household for seniors (62 and over).
