Current Adult Exercise Classes:

 Zumba, Fit Fusion, and Yoga ~ We have you covered!

*all classes at Yeoman's Hall unless specified/last minute location change*

FIT FUSION ~ Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 4:30 - 5:30 PM A powerful combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises for a total-body workout. 
Fit Fusion is ideal for anyone who wants variety and results in one fun class. Join instructor Carolyn Ritchie for a total body workout for all fitness levels.

Zumba~ Mondays & Wednesdays  6:30 - 7:30 PM  Turn up the music and let loose! Zumba is a high-energy dance workout that feels like a party.
 No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to groove! Join instructor Kim Gates for this fun way to workout!

Yoga~ Mondays/ Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 AM. Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM Slow down, breathe, and recharge. Our yoga classes help you improve flexibility, reduce stress, and find balance in a calm, welcoming space. 
Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Join instructor Rachele Hannifan for this amazing workout!
