Columbia School District is exploring whether regionalization (or change in structure) of grades 7–12 or 9-12 with another school district to see if such agreement could provide educational and/or financial benefits for Columbia students and taxpayers.

At this time, no decision has been made to pursue regionalization or program/structure changes, and this survey is not a referendum or a vote on regionalization. Its purpose is to better understand community priorities, questions, and concerns as the Board of Education considers whether further study would be appropriate.

A formal regionalization process would require additional analysis, public discussion, and, if ultimately pursued, approval through the appropriate state and local processes.

Please answer based on your current understanding and priorities. Additional information would be provided as the process develops. The closing date for this survey is Thursday, October 29, 2026.
