The Board of Education meets on the first Monday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Porter Cafetorium. Subcommittee meetings are held in the Porter School Conference Room. The BOE consists of seven members which each serve a four year term of office. At each biennial Town election, sufficient members shall be elected to succeed the members whose terms are set to expire shortly after the election, each for the term of four years.
