No.There is a review process that we must be complete BEFORE you can begin working on your project; you need to receive an APPROVAL notice before you can begin. A $100.00 fee/fine will be added to the cost of the permit if any work has been done or completed prior to the issuance of the approved permit.
Your permit will remain active as long as the work has been started within 6 month of the issuance date and you are continuously working on the project and calling for regular inspections.
